腎霉的綠色熒光蛋白在細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究、高通量篩選 (HTS) 和熒光活化細(xì)胞分選 (FACS) 中具有廣泛的用途。在活細(xì)胞(如真菌、細(xì)菌、動(dòng)物和植物)中表達(dá)的熒光蛋白可用于實(shí)時(shí)研究分子過(guò)程,如核分裂動(dòng)力學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)運(yùn)輸?shù)龋?span>GFP也可用于使用FRET或BRET技術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)蛋白質(zhì)相互作用。
